Our enthusiastic chefs offer simple and tasty dishes for lunch and dinner.
In the restaurant, we have had two staple dishes on the menu since we opened, our excellent shrimp sandwich and Fisketorget’s fish soup.
The rest of the menu changes according to the season, availability of ingredients, and the chefs’ imagination. We always prioritize locally caught seafood over long-distance goods. We focus on high quality and freshness, wide selection, solid expertise, and extraordinary service.
Amazing Location
Fisketorget in Stavanger is an informal and cozy place with friendly and efficient service. The winechart is professionally crafted by competent sommeliers, and complete the dishes in unique ways. We have a fantastic outdoor seating area right by the harbour, possibly the best location in the city.
